On feedback, I'll offer "No More Feedback" by Carol Sanford. I'll claim my bias upfront--I've never been a fan of feedback, either giving it or receiving it. And boy is it a challenge to teach martial arts without feedback. (But magical when it works.) Give it a read and see if her thinking can disrupt you.
